Palma Airport in Palma de Mallorca is just 40 minutes by car from Playa de Muro, which is the start and finish line for the Mallorca 312 OK Mobility and where the official VIVA hotels are located.

Have you not registered to participate in the next edition of the Mallorca 312 OK Mobility?

In case you have not registered for the next Mallorca 312 Ok Mobility, we inform you that we have opened a Marketplace.

Every time a participant cancels his registration, it will be available in the official Marketplace located on our website.

Once you request your bib, you will receive an email to complete your registration. You will have 30 minutes to complete the registration and make the payment.

The bibs will be published as participants who have already registered cancel their registration.

Can't participate in the next edition of Mallorca 312 OK Mobility?

Due to a technical issue with the Marketplace system, it is currently not possible to manage the sale of registrations automatically.

To request the sale of your registration, please send an email to info@mallorca312.com with the following information:

Full name of the participant
Locator number of the registration
A clear statement indicating that you wish to sell your registration

Once the ownership transfer has been completed and the new participant purchases your registration, a refund (excluding the management fees specified in the general terms and conditions of the event) will be processed to the same card used for the original payment.

*Requests to sell registrations will be available until March 31

Where and when can I pick up my bib number?

You can collect your bib number at the EXPO Mallorca 312 OK Mobility located at Avenida s’Albufera, number 33. Bibs are available on Thursday April 24 and Friday April 25 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Can someone else pick up my bib number?

No. The collection of bib numbers by a third party is not permitted as indicated in the Rules of the event. The collection of the jersey and extras by third parties is only allowed with the following authorisation: DOWNLOAD THE AUTHORIZATION.

Where can I pick up the purchased extras at the time of the registration (shorts, breast guards, etc.)?

The extras can be collected at the same place as the bib numbers.

What time is the start of Mallorca 312?

The start for the different boxes of the XV edition will be between 6:30am (the last participant is expected to pass through the start at 7:00am) in Playas The three routes (312,225,167) start at the same time.

What time are the cuts?

Is it mandatory to wear the jersey?

No, it’s not mandatory to wear the Mallorca 312 OK Mobility jersey, but it is recommended, since the security and police personnel as well as members of the organization can easily recognize you as a participant of the Mallorca 312.

Can I change the size of my jersey?

Yes, it can be exchanged as long as it has not been used and it has the label. The changes will be made in a special area near the bibs delivery tent of the Mallorca 312 OK Mobility. Only jerseys can be exchanged.

Can I change the distance of the Mallorca 167, 225 & 312?

Yes, you can choose the distance on the same day of the event. During the route, you can find the marked distances and can choose to change the route.

What happens if I withdraw/abandon the route?

If you withdraw within the established time, a bus and a support car are available to take you and your bike to the finish line.

Is there mechanical assistance during the Mallorca 312?

Yes, there is paid mechanical assistance but only at refreshment points. You can check the location of these points on the route meter of the website.
